  • Call Center for Commerce introduction, installation and features
  • CCC architecture, extensibility types and features
  • CCC development environment setup and extensibility work bench walk through.
  • Editors, screens, wizards & multi screen wizard screen concepts
  • Different types of product files and its usage

Week 2

  • Incremental, Override and Additional wizards, mashup and screen concepts
  • Understanding the Wizard Flow, Resources and permission
  • Out of the box (OOTB) utility methods
  • Case Study 1:- Adding new Label and Textbox widget in the OOTB screen
  • Case Study 2:- Adding new search criteria in order search screen & result screen

Week 3

  • Case Study 3:- Implement Copy Order functionality
  • Case Study 4:- How to create custom utility files and bundle files
  • Case Study 5:- Replace the IBM logo with custom logo
  • Case Study 6:- Setting up Catalog Search Index for product browsing
  • Case Study 7:- Implement validation based on user permission on order search page

Week 4

  • Case Study 8:- Schedule an order through CCC
  • Case Study 9:- Skip Return address screen while creating return
  • Case Study 10:- Create Manage Instruction screen using custom wizard and screen
  • Case Study 11:- Create a Popup to populate and persist user entered data
  • Case Study 12:- Implement file upload feature in CCC
